You can access the counter in 2 ways:

with your personal web banking codes at the National Bank of Greece, Piraeus Bank, Alpha Bank, Eurobank, Pankrita Bank, Chania Bank, Epirus Bank, Karditsa Cooperative Bank or Central Macedonia Bank

with your personal Taxisnet credentials (after registering in National Communication Register (NEC) to confirm your mobile phone number)
