The Helpdesk support.gov.gr it brings together communication with public administration bodies for digital services provided on gov.gr. Select in gov.gr, the digital service you are interested in, and submit a query or request for a service, by clicking on ‘contact’, on the digital service page. Using TAXISnet codes, submit personalised service requests or enquiries and receive as proof the unique service number via email.

The gov.gr for those bodies and digital services that have been included in support.gov.gr, distributes the requests/queries automatically to the bodies and administrative units responsible for answering them. Once the request has been fully processed, the response of the administration will be uploaded to your personal response repository. For each new reply, gov.gr sends an information email so that you can see in your repository the reply of the competent administrative unit. Access to the personal repository of answers shall be made using the TAXISnet codes. Progressively all digital services will be integrated into support.gov.gr.
