Then, go to the HCM EOPYY shipment point that is convenient for you, with the necessary supporting documents as follows:

• prescription
• hospital certificate (where required)
• authorisation (if the collection will made by a person other than the patient)

The maximum estimated time to collect the medication from the day the prescription is delivered to the shipping point is 10-15 days.
