Accredited doctors and contracted material providers may apply for an electronic opinion to the EOPYY’s Supreme Health Council (HHS) in the following cases:

• the initial opinion shall bear the words ‘Overshooting Decision required (WMD)’
• execution of the opinion leads to “Financial Limit Exceedance”

You will need to register:

• the initial opinion
• the forms necessary to justify exceeding the financial ceiling
• comments supporting the request
