Submit a request to be reimbursed for your special treatments,   without visiting a unit of the   National Organisation For Health Care Services  (EOPYY).

You will need:

• your personal Taxisnet credentials
• the SIN of the protected family member
• the necessary supporting documents in an electronic form
• a valid and active bank account number (IBAN), in which you are the sole beneficiary or co-beneficiary
• your mobile phone number

After logging in to to service, select "Personal benefit applications" and then "Submit" and "Special treatment"
