The mailbox is your digital mailbox on gov.gr. You can find documents you issued online on the portal or documents you issued in a second year from an organisation via the portal. See in particular:

• solemn declarations
• authorisations
• population register certificates
• civil status documents
• COVID-19 coronavirus vaccination certificate
• gov.gr to Citizens’ Service Centre (KEP)
• free parking sign for electric vehicles

You can access the counter in 2 ways:

• your personal web banking codes at National Bank of Greece, Piraeus Bank, Alpha Bank, Eurobank, Pankrita Bank, Chania Bank, Epirus Bank, Karditsa Cooperative Bank or Central Macedonia Bank
• National Communication Register (NEC) to confirm your mobile phone number)
