• either your web banking codes or your personal Taxisnet credentials (after registering in National Communication Register (NEC) to confirm your mobile phone number)
• your mobile phone where confirmation codes will be sent to you before the document is issued
• the TIN and the names of the publishers who will co-sign the document;
• the document you wish to certify electronically in.pdf format

When you post the private agreement you want to certify digitally, choose whether the digital certificate to be created will be in Greek or English. If you select English, for each publisher who will co-sign the document, the name and patronym in Latin characters are automatically extracted, but you have the possibility to modify them.

The digital certificate will show at the bottom of each page of your document, the unique verification identification number in alphanumeric and QR format and at the end of the document the electronic seal of gov.gr and the identity of the issuer (s).

The digital private agreement certificate you will issue is legally equivalent to a document bearing the authenticity of the signature and you can either send it electronically, or print it and submit it in paper form.
