Authenticate your document digitally. For the digital attestation you will need:

• either your web banking codes or your personal Taxisnet credentials (after registering in National Communication Register (NEC) to confirm your mobile phone number)
• your mobile phone where confirmation codes will be sent to you before the document is issued
• the document you wish to certify electronically in.pdf format

When you post the document you want to certify digitally, choose whether the digital certificate to be created will be in Greek or English. If you select English, the first name and father’s name in Latin characters are automatically extracted, but you have the possibility to modify them.

The digital attestation shows at the bottom of each page of your document, the unique verification identification number in alphanumeric and QR format and at the end of the document the electronic seal of gov.gr and the issuer’s details.

The attestation is stored in Citizen Vault .
