Natural persons can apply for an intangible digital debit card that you can use for specific categories of expenditure (local transport, catering and accommodation) in the affected areas of Northern Evia or Samos for July, August, September and October 2022. The purpose of this action is to provide financial support for tourist activity in these areas.
Conditions to be fulfilled:
- be an adult natural person who is unmarried, married or widowed or who has entered into a civil partnership, who is resident for tax purposes in Greece, on the basis of the personal income tax return for the 2020 tax year. Specifically for married persons or persons who have entered into a civil partnership, the beneficiary is the person liable to submit the tax return, or one of the two, in the case of a separate return.
- you must not be beneficiaries/beneficiaries under the 2021-2022 Social Tourism Programme, the Social Tourism Programme of the 2022 Regional Health Directorate and the ‘Tourism for All’ action of the Ministry of Tourism or related provision by any other body for the same period.
You will need:
- your TAXISnet passwords
- fill in and confirm your contact details and, in particular, the email address and mobile phone number
- Phase 1 (July)
From Thursday 30/6/2022 12: 00 to the end of the dayand possibility to use the intangible digital card until 31/7/2022

- Phase 2 (August)
Monday 25/7 12: 00 p.m. to Friday 29/7/2022 inclusiveand possibility to use the intangible digital card until 31/8/2022

- Phase 3 (September)
Thursday 25/8 12: 00 p.m. to Wednesday 31/8/2022 inclusive.
- Phase 4 (October)
Monday 26/9 12: 00 – Monday 10/10/2022and possibility to use the intangible digital card until 31/10/2022

The above closing dates for the submission of applications for each phase shall apply as long as the budget for each phase has not been used up earlier.
The number and amount of dematerialised digital debit cards per eligible area and per phase shall be as follows:
- Phase 1: Northern Evia 8.000 cards of EUR 150/Samos 4.000 cards of EUR 300
- Phase 2: Northern Evia 4.050 cards of EUR 100/Samos 2.025 cards of EUR 200
- Phase 3: Northern Evia 9.422 cards of EUR 150/Samos 4.491 cards of EUR 300
- Phase 4: Northern Evia 2.679 cards of EUR 150/Samos 1.170 cards of EUR 300
Any remaining amounts under Phase 1 shall be transferred to Phase 3 and Phases 2 and 3 to Phase 4, increasing the number of dematerialised digital debit cards for these phases.
