Natural persons wishing to issue a qualified certificate for electronic signature (digital certificate) of the Hellenic State Certification Authority (APEA) must issue a solemn declaration as one of the steps of the procedure. You will need:

• either your web banking codes or your personal Taxisnet credentials (after registering in National Communication Register (NEC) to confirm your mobile phone number)
• your mobile phone where confirmation codes will be sent to you before the document is issued

The process of issuing a digital certificate should continue with the submission of the online request to the APR.
