Please indicate the loss of your identity card in order to cancel it. You can submit the declaration to the Police Department either:

• issued
• your place of residence

The report of theft of an identity card is made exclusively to the Security Department or the Police Department, in the area that occurred or to the nearest police authority, and not electronically.

You will need your personal Taxisnet passwords.

The identity card is immediately cancelled by the Police Department (AT) upon submission of your declaration.

You can view your statement in gov.gr to the Citizen Vault .

• If your lost card is found, it should be delivered to the nearest AT.
• To obtain a new identity card, please contact the AT in the area of your place of residence.
