Amateur sports clubs that have a special sports recognition must register in the ‘Electronic Register of Sports Associations with Special Sports Recognition’ of the Secretariat-General for Sport (SGA).
Initially, it should create an account for a sports club .

To register, you will need:

• the four-digit code of your association (fill in Greek and capital letters). If you do not have codes from the physical register as a sports club, you will need to submitrequest for recognition of a sports club of the GSC
• the association’s contact email
• details of the legal representative (first name, surname, father’s name, tax identification number) of the association
• the supporting documents required on a case-by-case basis

The registration shall be finalised after completion of the necessary checks by the competent departments of the Secretariat-General for Infrastructure.
