The owners of a main residence can receive a subsidy for interventions that save energy and enhance the energy autonomy of your home.

The interventions that can be subsidised are:

• replacement of frames
• installation/upgrade of thermal insulation
• upgrading of heating/cooling system
• hot water system using renewable energy sources (RES)
• other interventions (photovoltaic system, smart home, elevator upgrade, etc.)

Length of programme
Applications will be submitted electronically for a period of fifty (50) days from the start date of submission.

Open applications
The start date for applications is set for:

• single-family dwellings/individual apartments h 13 December 2021
• multi-apartment blocks the third (3th) working day following the end of submission of applications for a single-family house/single apartment.

• personal Taxisnet credentials
• your e-mail address
• the necessary information
• the necessary supporting documents
