You can sign and electronically endorse the solemn declaration of establishment (YDE). The YDE shall sign:

• the electrical fitter who draws up the solemn declaration
• the electrical fitter of the professional association concerned
• optionally the user of the electrical installation

The procedure shall be initiated by the electrical fitter who posts the solemn declaration. Each subsequent signatory shall select the field “suspensions” in order to identify the document to be signed and to sign it. Only when the procedure has been completed by all the parties, the signed document digitally authenticated to Citizen Vault of each signatory appears.

• either your web banking codes or your personal Taxisnet credentials (after registering in the National Communication Register (EMEP) to confirm your mobile phone number)
• your mobile phone where confirmation codes will be sent to you before the document is issued
