You can apply to the Electronic Solvency Register through a proxy lawyer if you have arrears in order to be released from them, by liquidating your property and having a second chance.

The procedure requires the authorisation of a lawyer and you can start it if you are:

• debtor
• creditor
• institutional creditor (financial institution)

You will need them:

• your personal Taxisnet credentials, debtors and creditors
• your passwords to the Plenary portal of the Bar Associations, the attorneys

• authorise your lawyer

Attorneys can enter details for publication in the Electronic Solvency Register.
