If you have submitted an application to the court for the settlement of your debts under Law 3869/2010, which is pending at first instance and the hearing of which has been determined after 15/6/2021, you are obliged to submit an application for re-designation through a proxy lawyer in order to determine a new trial date.
The authorised lawyers submit the application and the parties have access to it.

You will need your personal Taxisnet credentials.

When you submit your application
Depending on the time when the application initiating proceedings is lodged, applications for redetermination shall be submitted from 1/12/2020 to 30/6/2021 (Article 4d of Law 3869/2010).

Here are the steps:
If you are included in the application in any capacity (e.g. applicant, attorney, agent, party to proceedings, etc.), please select “Register on the platform” to receive the relevant notifications.
If you are the applicant, select “Power of attorney – Overview of application” after your registration to authorise a lawyer to submit the application and monitor its development.
If you are a lawyer authorised to submit and manage the application, select “Create – Manage Application”.
If you are a party to a submitted application, select “Access to a re-designation request”.
