Planning of a subsequent registration of a request for international protection

You can block a date to modify your previous registration in the context of an application for international protection. Your subsequent registration may concern all members of the previous application. If you wish to register fewer members or add up to two (2) members.

After entering the service, click on the ‘Sign in’ button on the top right. The login is done by declaring a communication email. This email will be sent every time you log in an OTP code, which you will fill in in an entry screen field.

You will need to fill in:

  • the number of the previous asylum application
  • the personal file number (ADIKA)
  • your details (first name, surname and date of birth)
  • your home address (prefecture, municipality, street, number) or alternative accommodation facility
  • the language in which you want the recording to be made

Based on your place of residence, the asylum office where you will be registered will be identified.

Once you have finalised your application, you will be given an appointment (Time Day) to come to the relevant Asylum Office, and you will be able to receive a receipt in the email you provided. The appointment is common to all members of the application.

This registration procedure excludes (a) criminal detainees, (b) unaccompanied minors and (c) third-country nationals who apply for asylum for the first time.

In the case of a second and more subsequent asylum application, it is mandatory to present electronic fee (Code: EUR 8853) of EUR 100 per interested party.
