You can block a date for your full registration in the context of an application for international protection. In your request, you can include up to 8 members, filling in a separate number of adults and a number of underage members.

After entering the service, click on the ‘Sign in’ button on the top right. The login is done by declaring a communication email. This email will be sent every time you log in an OTP code, which you will fill in in an entry screen field.

You will need to fill in:

• the Service Note from the Greek police authorities if you have
• your full details. If you have a Service Note, they should be filled in exactly as they appear on it.
• the pre-registration number, if it is indicated in the Service Note;
• passport number, if you have
• the manner, point and date of entry into Greece
• the language in which you want the recording to be made
• the number of minors and adults to be registered
• where you want to register

The recording points are:

• Attiki – Malakasa (Malakasa Camp Camp Geracinis, Malakasa)
• Thessaloniki – Diavata (Diavata structure former Anagnostopoulos camp, Divata)

Once you have finalised your application, you will be given an appointment (Time Day) to attend the registration point you choose, and you will be able to receive a receipt in the email you provided. The appointment is common to all members of the application.

This registration procedure excludes (a) criminal prisoners, (b) unaccompanied minors and (c) third-country nationals who have already applied for asylum.

If it is not possible to go to the registration point by a predetermined appointment, you have the possibility to reschedule it 2 times more, without the possibility of any further extension.

If your appointment is rescheduled by the service, you will be informed of the new date in time.
