Providing temporary protection to displaced citizens from Ukraine

Those who fled Ukraine since 24 February 2022, due to the war situation in your country, can apply for a one-year temporary protection permit with the right to access the labour market and health care.

It concerns those who resided in Ukraine before 24 February 2022, namely:

  • Ukrainian nationals
  • nationals of third countries other than Ukraine
  • stateless persons as beneficiaries of international protection or equivalent national protection status
  • the family members of the persons referred to in the preceding indents;

You will need to fill in:

  • your email address
  • your full details
  • the type and number of your identification document
  • your level of education
  • the sector in which you are professionally active
  • if you have a housing problem
  • where you want to obtain the Temporary Protection Beneficiary Card

You can include up to 10 members in your request.

When you finalise your application, you will be given an appointment (day and time) to go to the registration point you selected.
You will receive the details of your appointment at the email address you provided. The appointment is common to all members of the application.
