Apply for a residence permit for exceptional reasons.
You can apply:

• adults who have been continuously resident for seven years in the country
• parents or guardians for minor protected family members
• parents of nationals who are minors

You will need:

• your mobile phone number
• where applicable, the paid fee code;
• the details of your passport as well as your home address
• upload a file of another identification document, if you do not have a passport, accompanied by a solemn declaration for the reasons you do not have a passport as well as the relevant documents supporting your declaration
• upload an official authorisation file in pdf format if you are not the parent or guardian of the minor concerned by the application
• upload files with the required supporting documents per category
