Male Greek citizens aged between 19 and 45 who live outside Greece and want to receive a postponement of conscription can apply for the certificate of permanent resident abroad, by closing digital appointment at myConsulLive to be served by a specialist officer of the Consulate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
