You may submit an application to the competent military service if you have not complied with either:

• obligations under any provision of military law other than the obligation to classify as a result of force majeure or insurmountable impediments;
• the obligation to be classified in the armed forces for exceptional reasons and reasons of force majeure or insurmountable impediments;

When you apply:

The application and supporting documents must be submitted to the competent Military Service within six (6) months of the date on which you were required to comply with your obligation.

You will need:

• personal passwords to TAXISnet
• a solemn declaration stating the reasons of force majeure or insurmountable impediments or exceptional reasons
• any evidence showing the fortuitous, unforeseeable, unavoidable and exceptional event which has rendered or renders the failure to comply with the obligations imposed by the laws on military service impossible or excessively difficult, as well as its duration;
