You can apply for an exemption from the obligation to fulfil your military obligation if you are the father of at least one living minor or incapacitated for any work of an unmarried child and you have a spouse unable to perform any work.

When you apply

• If you are a conscript: From the call for classification to the date of your classification in the Armed Forces. If the exemption is submitted at a later date, the exemption will be granted if you had the conditions on the date of classification.
• If you are a soldier: At any time after your classification.
• If you are a despatch: After your desertion or desertion has been interrupted.

You will need:

• personal passwords to TAXISnet
• municipal certificate for military service showing your marital status and judgment in case of recognition of a child
• a solemn declaration in which the person alleged to be unfit for each job declares that he is not engaged in any occupation or occupation and the health grounds on which he/she relies.
