You may request the postponement of your assignment to the Armed Forces if, on the date you are required to rank, you are held in prison or by any competent authority at home or abroad or have been dismissed under conditions by Prison Settlements.

When you apply:
Supporting documents shall be submitted by the date you are required to rank. If submitted at a later date, the deferral shall be granted only if the conditions existed on the date of classification.

• supporting documents submitted by you showing that the above conditions are met
