Second edition via KEP/Municipality

All extracts and complete civil-status documents, regardless of the year they were issued, are available via an electronic application in any KEP or in the civil registry of the municipality where the event occurred, but in a second year.

Once the civil status certificate has been issued by the KEP/Municipality, this will be sent to the citizen’s Desk you will be informed by email and text message (sms). For these cases, please select “Application to KEP/Municipality”.
