You can apply to your municipality of residence for a certificate indicating your permanent address there.

They will need to:

• fill in your personal Taxisnet credentials
• please attach proof of your permanent residence

Proof of your permanent residence may be either:

1. Copy of income tax return ( form E1 ) or a copy of the payment slip of the last financial year
2. Recent mobile phone account or DEKO (e.g. fixed telephone bill, electricity bill, water or gas bill)

Once the municipality has issued the certificate, it will be sent to your mailbox and you will be informed by email and text message (sms).

Watch the list other municipalities will be integrated with the municipalities that have been included in the gov.gr. phase.

If the municipality of your permanent residence is not located in list you can issue the certificate by closing digital appointment at myKEPlive to be served by an official of the Citizens’ Service Centres (PSCs).
