The heirs of pensioners who died after 1 October 2019 and had more than 30 years of insurance can apply for reimbursement of retrospective amounts as redefined.
Submit your application:
- any adult heir
- the legal guardians of each minor heir
You will need:
- your personal Taxisnet credentials
- your AMKA
- the IBAN of your account
- certificate of guarantor relatives
- certificate of non-renunciation of succession
- certificate of non-publication of a will (where applicable)
