Working mothers can apply for special leave of up to 6 months to bring up your child from the Public Employment Service (DEPA), provided that:
- you are insured with EFKA
- you are employed in undertakings or holdings in the private sector under an employment relationship, whether fixed-term or indefinite, full-time or part-time
This leave is granted by your employer after its expiry:
- maternity leave and maternity leave
- leave equal to part-time
- annual leave, provided that it is granted on the basis of annual time limits.
