If you are a lawyer, you can file documents electronically.
Log in to the service with the credentials for the application of the Council of Bar Associations.
Following this, your bar association:
- identifies you and verifies your status and competence, determines the absence of incompatibility or of other impediment or disciplinary sanction
- supports your transactions for the issuance of notes for advance payment and the electronic payment of stamps and fees as applicable;
- electronically collects the corresponding amounts and proceeds to their exact allocation and payment to the beneficiaries;
- updates your or the law firm's personal tax and insurance record
- provides information of the insurance and tax contributions you have paid to the respective bodies
After being recognised by the bar association:
- enter the details of the filing (type of document, court, client, etc.)
- in the document category, select "Application initiation proceedings" for filing a court document, "Motions" for filing motions and related material, "Appeal" for filing petitions
- pay online
- finalise the filing
