Here are the steps:

1. select the court that will apply for the certificate
2. select the certificate of non-contestation/contestation of succession (or certificates of succession)
3. follow the progress of your application while the court processes it
4. go back to the application to get your certificate online.

To choose a court, please note that:

• jurisdiction for contesting/contesting a right to succession lies with the probate court
• the court of inheritance is the district court in whose district the deceased had his domicile at the time of death and if he had no domicile, residence and if he had no residence, the small claims court in the capital of the State.
