Here are the steps:

1. select the court that will apply for the certificate
2. select the certificate of non-publication of a will (or wills)
3. follow the progress of your application while the court processes it
4. go back to the application to get your certificate online

To choose a court, please note that:

• jurisdiction to publish a will lies with the District Court of either the testator’s last domicile or residence, or the stay of the large will. Until 01/03/2013 the Court of First Instance had jurisdiction either for the testator’s last domicile or residence, or for that of the great will.
• the Court of First Instance of the capital of the State keeps a register of wills published by the Court of First Instance and by other judicial establishments and consular authorities.

Today, the service is provided for specific district courts and courts of first instance. Gradually, all courts will be integrated.
