You can apply for investment projects financed through the New Development Law – Greece Strong Development (ν.4887/2022).

The application for aid concerns aid for investment projects belonging to:

• in the processing sector (except for the processing of agricultural products, for which a special scheme is introduced)
• in the supply chain, with a view to technological, productive, administrative and organisational upgrading, as well as innovative and outward-looking development and growth, with a view to strengthening the competitive position of enterprises in the domestic and international markets.

An application may be submitted by investment entities established or having a branch in Greece at the time when work on the investment project starts and which shall take one of the following forms:

• Trading company
• Cooperative
• Social Cooperative Enterprises (Joint Cooperatives), Agricultural Cooperatives (AS), Producer Groups (Gr. (PA) Producer Organisations (POs), Urban Cooperatives, Agricultural Partnerships (AES)
• Consortia carrying out a commercial activity
• Public and municipal undertakings and their subsidiaries, provided that: (a) they have not been entrusted with a public purpose, (b) they have not been entrusted by the State alone with the provision of services, (c) they are not subsidised by public funds for the period covered by the long-term obligations referred to in Article 22.

• the legal representative’s personal passwords to TAXISnet
• company passwords to TAXISnet
• attach the necessary supporting documents referred to in the relevant notice from the Ministry of Development and Investment;
