Persons insured with the Greek Agricultural Insurance Organisation (ELGA) may print out the form of the Single Crop/Livestock Declaration (DKE) for a specific insurance year from 2011 onwards.

The form shall contain in a single table:

• the location of the agricultural parcels
• the type of crop
• the insured value and the amount of the levy per crop;
• the species, category and age of livestock

Note that:

• you must submit an agricultural holding, whether or not you are primarily a farmer,
• declare the entire agricultural holding, i.e. all parcels of the holding and livestock
• you can only declare damage and be compensated by ELGA for holdings you declared in the LCI form
