Persons insured with the Greek Agricultural Insurance Organisation (ELGA) may issue an insurance clearance certificate for the years 2011 onwards.

The social security clearance shall be issued after the expiry of the deadline for payment of the contribution for the year in question and in any event after the first quarter of the following year.
