Importers, manufacturers and representatives of pesticide application equipment shall register their equipment in the Register of Pesticide Application Equipment (NPAE) and obtain an identification number.

The Register shall include the following:

• the details of each equipment used (category, geographical area, user details, etc.)
• information on its inspection (results of last inspection, date of next mandatory inspection, etc.)
