Make an online appointment with the Ombudsman to be served by an official of the Independent Authority in person or by telephone.

You will need to register:

• your name
• your email address
• your mobile phone number
• your contact address

Please note that the appointment can be closed by someone else for you. However, at the appointment with the Ombudsman, you should be invited to do so.
