Submit a question, request or complaint to the National Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) concerning courier or other postal services.
Before contacting EETT, make sure that you have already submitted your query, request or complaint to the provider, which must reply to you within 20 days or 40 days if you request additional information.
Please attach up to 5 documents to better substantiate your complaint.
You will need:
- the name of the provider you report
- the consignment number of postal item
- the unique reference number assigned to you by the provider
- all written communications with them
