You are required to submit an initial ‘Supply’ declaration:

• within 90 days of the date on which you become liable
• if your financial situation was not known to the audit body on 31/12 of the previous year

You submit the declaration and sign it:

• your spouse, for his/her own details
• and 2 for the property of their minor children
