The application allows users to access EU customs systems using their national identification data. It also allows economic operators to manage authorisations among users to:

• 1nd delegation level: Customs representative (CR) or employee (EMPL) of an economic operator (EO)
• 2nd delegation level: Official (EMPL) of the Customs Representative (CR) acting on behalf of an Economic Operator (EO)
