Businesses that post and rent properties on digital platforms must register them in the short-term real estate register.

They must then:

• submit a declaration of short-term stay by the 20th of the month following the day of departure of each tenant;
• finalise the Register of short-term real estate by 28 February of the year of submission of income tax returns at the latest;
