You can print a certificate of no road tax liability for your vehicles and use it for:

• transfer of vehicle
• exporting a vehicle abroad
• re-registration of a vehicle

The certificate is issued for your exclusive use and is valid until 31 December of the same year.

You will need your personal Taxisnet credentials.

You cannot receive an electronic certificate of non-debt:

• if you are exempt from payment of road tax (for wheeled vehicles, refuse collection trucks owned by local authorities, ambulances belonging to hospitals, etc.). You receive the certificate from the competent tax office.
• if you have a road tax liability for the period you own the vehicle. You will have to pay the debt to the competent tax office.
• if you are currently the owner of a vehicle you have previously transferred, either in percentage or in full.
