You can submit a named complaint for:

• offences committed against minors via the internet
• breach of the confidentiality of electronic and telephone communications
• illegal trafficking of audiovisual works over the internet
• unlawful access to a computer
• cases of computer fraud

Depending on the nature of the alleged offence and the legislation in force, it may be necessary to contact the Directorate for Electronic Crime and to comply with the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure on lodging a complaint.
