You can request the postponement of your ranking in the Armed Forces if you are a soldier or a soldier and you have applied for election as a Member of Parliament, a Member of Parliament, a Regional Governor or a Mayor.

Supporting documents shall be submitted:

• if you are a soldier, until the date on which you are required to be classified in the Armed Forces due to the end or interruption of your legal stay outside the armed forces. If submitted at a later date, the deferral shall be granted only if the conditions existed on the date of classification.
• if you are a soldier, the date on which your application is submitted or accepted

• certificate of judicial or other competent authority
