Documents issued by gov.gr shall bear a unique verification identification number and an advanced electronic seal of the Ministry of Digital Governance and shall be made as well as natural or legal persons or legal entities:

(a) Electronic documents transmitted using Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), without the need for an electronic signature or other electronic seal and with the validity of an original document.

(b) Formal documents, if they are printed from the SDP web application, without any further formalities or validation procedure and with a valid copy.
