You may lodge a complaint on matters falling within the remit of the Ministry of Rural Development and Food and its supervised bodies.

By way of illustration, your complaint may concern:

• issues of cooperatives or other collective schemes, marketing, advertising, marketing of plant products
• cannabis issues, quality standards issues (e.g. organic, integrated management, PDO, etc.)
• issues of relations with public services and other citizens, public health issues
• animal and plant health issues, forestry, environment, feed, animal protection and health, food of animal origin, animal by-products and other

They will need to:

• fill in your personal Taxisnet credentials
• fill in the complaint details
• post (if desired) accompanying files and photos

You will receive a unique complaint number by which you will access the contribution repository and you will be able to view your complaint.
