You can submit a personal complaint for breach of the confidentiality of electronic and telephone communications to the Hellenic Police’s Electronic Crime Directorate.

They will need to:

• enter either your personal web banking codes or your personal Taxisnet credentials (after registering in the National Communication Register (EMEP) to confirm your mobile phone number)
• please describe the necessary details (which, when, how) relevant to your complaint
• please attach any evidence you have if you deem it necessary

Depending on the nature of the alleged offence and the legislation in force, it may be necessary to contact the Directorate for Electronic Crime and to comply with the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure on lodging a complaint.
