Individuals can obtain an electronic signature from the CADD after you have issued a qualified certificate for electronic signature (digital certificate). A prerequisite is the supply, at your own expense, of the ENDY (special apparatus usb token).

The steps to obtain an electronic signature are as follows:

1. Procurement of EDDY (Approved Device for Creation of Signature).
2. Issuance of a solemn declaration.
3. Electronic application via the online app of the ADP.
4. Go to JEP for identification.
5. Install necessary programs on the computer where the digital certificate will be issued.
6. Issuance of the digital certificate.

Once you have issued the digital certificate, you will be able to sign electronically and the electronic signature will have the same validity as your handwritten signature.
