You may submit an application for inclusion in the Intermediate Eurodebtor Programme in order to suspend the enforcement procedure on your main residence until it is transferred to the Acquisition and Leaseback Body.

It is a prerequisite that you have issued in the last three months vulnerable Debtor Certificate .

If your main residence belongs only to an ideal share or if you are a bare owner or usufructuary, submission of the application requires the involvement of all the co-owners, including the tenants and usufructuaries.
