You or your authorised adviser may apply for an out-of-court debt settlement mechanism if you owe more than EUR 10.000 in total to:

• financial institutions
• from public funds
• social Security bodies

You will need your personal Taxisnet credentials.

The application is assessed by the financial institutions submitting, through the Platform, a proposal for debt restructuring. If you consent to the proposal, the restructuring agreement is concluded with your creditors.

The consent of the State and social security bodies is granted under ‘automated’ conditions.
