Issue a certificate of non-renunciation of succession.

You will need your personal Taxisnet credentials.

Here are the steps:

1. select the court that will apply for the certificate
2. select the certificate of non-renunciation (or renunciations) of a succession
3. follow the progress of your application while the court processes it
4. go back to the application to get your certificate

To choose a court, please note that:

• a declaration of waiver of succession shall be made at the registry of the probate court
• the court of succession shall be the district court in whose district the deceased had his domicile at the time of death and, if he had no domicile, residence and if he had no residence or residence, the district court of the capital of the State.

Until 01/03/2013, the probate court was the single judge of first instance in whose district the deceased had his domicile at the time of death and if he had no domicile, residence or residence, the single judge of the capital of the State.
